IBM is starting up what CEO Arvind Krishna is contacting an orderly wind-down of IBM’s business enterprise in Russia.
The transfer, unveiled Tuesday in a letter originally sent on Could 30 to IBM staff, will come just after Significant Blue’s initially shift in March to suspend operations in Russia simply because of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
