Tel Aviv: A 80 sq. meter, 4-home, ground ground backyard apartment with a 12 square meter backyard garden and parking on Hahagana Street in the Neve Barbur community was offered for NIS 2.17 million. A 105-sq. meter, 4-space, seventh flooring penthouse condominium which includes an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Street in the Neve Chen neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 sq. meter, 5-place, 2nd flooring condominium with an elevator and parking on Recanati Avenue in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was offered for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 square meter, 3-place, fourth flooring apartment with a stability home, 14 square meter balcony, 13 sq. meter storage room, elevator and two parking spaces in the Blue Undertaking overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, conditioning space and tennis courtroom in the creating was sold for NIS 6.4 million.

Rehovot: A 90 sq. meter, four-space, 2nd flooring condominium with an 8 sq. meter sunshine balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Street was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 square meter, 5-area, fifth flooring apartment with a 12 sq. meter solar balcony, storage area, elevator and parking on Nordau Avenue was offered for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 square meter, four space, next ground condominium on Hakerem Road was sold for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
